Great job, Mitch!! 🇨🇱❤️
Mitch Little. At your town hall you spoke against the push for gambling in the state of Texas. I was looking at your campaign finances and saw that a Miriam Adelson PAC "Texans For Lawsuit Reform PAC" donated 25000 dollars to your campaign. Also the Kickapoo Tribe PAC, a large operator of tribal casinos donated $15000 to your campaign. How do you reconcile this as It seems to be a large republican trend to accept money from the largest pusher for legalized gambling in Texas. You called this demonic and said it would ruin states yet you took funds from them to run your campaign? If you are as you say a moral spiritual person this seems to be at odds with your public statements.
As Ash Wednesday is almost complete, pause with me to reflect on our mortality and the need for reconciliation with our Lord. … See MoreSee Less

EVENT SUMMARY
Due to severe weather, the Denton County Emergency Operations Center has been activated at Level 3
(reduced manning) since 4:00 AM. Denton County remains under a Tornado Watch until 11:00 AM, but the
Severe Thunderstorm Warning has expired. TDEM has designated this event as 25-0010 MAR4 Severe
Weather.
Reports are still coming in but it appears that Denton County sustained considerable damage from this
morning's storm. The highest reported winds in the County were 82 mph (confirmed by NWS) in the Hebron
area, and there have been multiple reports of semi-trucks tipping over due to the winds. Additionally, at
least one of the accidents have reported injuries. Trees have been downed, and a warehouse in Lewisville
collapsed from the winds. Multiple railroad crossing arms have been damaged, and traffic lights have been
disrupted.
Over 32,000 electric customers in Denton County are currently without power, down from roughly 63,000
at 6:30. In discussions with utility providers this morning, there is no estimated time of power restoration.
STORM DAMAGE
In Lewisville, multiple reports of damage have emerged, including a collapsed warehouse in the 2500 block of
State Highway 121. Straight-line winds buried nearby cars in debris. Numerous roadways are blocked due to
fallen debris and downed power lines. The National Weather Service recorded the highest winds in Denton
County at 82 miles per hour in nearby Carrollton.
Traffic accidents have been widely reported, including overturned semi-trucks at Cross Timbers and FM 1171,
Sam Rayburn Tollway and Carrollton Parkway, and Interstate 35 near Texas Motor Speedway. Damage
assessments are ongoing throughout Denton County as debris-related road closures continue to cause
incidents and delays.
